Beef Cuts
We are pleased to offer the beef cuts listed below through our local, family-owned butchers in West Central Missouri.
When you buy from Bar C, the butcher will process your beef in the cuts of your choice. If you don’t see your favorite cut listed here, don’t hesitate to ask when placing your order with the butcher! If there is something you don't want, you may have it added to your ground beef. We prefer that your beef hang in the cooler for 21 days to age to perfection.
